1. Lead a team of cloud Architects and Automation managers. Focus on coaching, mentoring. Build Personal development plans with your team members and support them to achieve the goals.
2. Budget planning and controlling including regular forecast. Regular goals and performance reviews, including Bonus and salary management
3. Close collaboration with peers and other cross functional departments as with Service Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber-security, DevOps engineering and Application owner
4. Handle and establishes priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of a Cloud/hybrid infrastructure. With focus on quality of services
5. Assures service management for third-party service providers, Management of external contractors and consultants
6. Drive and support the cloud strategy towards hybrid Infrastructure
7. Foster modifications as appropriate to adjust for changing circumstances; Conducts capacity planning for the environment
8. Establish Infrastructure as Code for the complete IT-Infrastructure landscape
9. Ensure audit and compliance reviews by implementing processes and procedures
10. Participate in strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by encouraging innovation, prioritizing of IT initiatives
11. Find opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources
12. Coordinate and document policies/procedures to meet required Service Level Agreements
