Deine Rolle im Team
- You are responsible to prepare high-quality briefings, talking points, and speech content for Trading & Clearing senior management (e.g., for townhalls, board meetings, external events).
- You actively contribute to draft concise, insightful reports and newsletters to communicate key market trends, performance updates, and strategic priorities to internal stakeholders.
- You will also be developing and maintaining profiles and thematic deep dives on competitors, clients, market trends, or regulatory topics to support leadership awareness and strategic decision-making.
- You are involved in setting up, managing and distributing recurring internal intelligence products (e.g., monthly reporting packs, competitor snapshots) to ensure transparency and alignment.

Ausbildung
- You have successfully completed your university degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- You demonstrate excellent writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise content for senior audiences.
- You have a strong understanding of capital markets, financial infrastructure, or macroeconomic and regulatory trends.
- You show a high level of commitment, an independent working style, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across teams and all levels of seniority.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
Erfahrung
- You have early career experience (approximately two years) in the financial industry within strategic communications, research, market insight, or an executive support role.
