Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, embeddings, and evaluation methods.
• Proven capability in end-to-end AI system design, including orchestration, integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with deploying and orchestrating AI agents.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business challenges into effective AI solutions and determine when AI or statistical or rule-based approaches are appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to guide teams, define technical direction, and make sound decisions in complex environments.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for working in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and willing to travel occasionally within the EMEA region for collaboration and workshops.

Erfahrung

• Extensive experience in Data Science and Machine Learning within production environments, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and corresponding programming language (e.g. Python) and their libraries.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms and building scalable ML architectures.
• Experience in model performance optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Experience in B2B sales environments and knowledge of the renewable energy or technology sector are advantageous.
