Qualifikationen

• Understanding of the links between infrastructure and application development in a DevOps / PlatformOps environment
• Capability to switch between broad overviews and deep dive into technical details where needed
• Result-oriented, analytical way of thinking
• Quick understanding of complex dataflows and architectures
• Confident and assertive interaction with vendors and service providers
• Ability to prioritize with the best customer-focused outcome in mind
• Drive to constantly to learn new things, to understand the business side of our applications and to analyze complex processes, requirements and systems with great passion
• At ease working in an agile, professional environment where requirements change dynamically
• Good communication skills in English (verbally and written) and the desire to work in a diverse and international organization
• On-site work for at least 3 days/week in our new, modern IT office in the heart of Hamburg's city center
• Knowledge of IBM Websphere Application Servers (traditional and liberty)
• Basic knowledge of Java programming language
• Basic knowledge of Linux shell scripting

Erfahrung

• Profound knowledge and proven experience with complex (currently mainframe-based) architectures and application servers
• Understanding of and/ or experience in operational aspects of container shipping business
