Are you a passionate frontend developer with an agile mindset? And would you like to be part of a strategically important product area in one of the world's leading software providers within the Fintech industry? Then you should join SimCorp as Frontend Software Engineer!
We are currently scaling our operations in the Data & Post-trade Modern UI product area with multiple teams. One of these teams is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer who is passionate about building the right solutions. The team will consist of members in both Europe and India, meaning that both on-site and online collaboration is key.
The product area is strategically important and aims to develop state-of-the-art frontends solutions for new business opportunities, making the team critical not only to the product area but to SimCorp as a whole.
- Building solid frontend components based on modern software patterns - both as individual contributor and in pairs or subgroups within the team
- Be curious and stay up to date with latest development trends
- Suggest and implement best-of-breed engineering practices in the team
- Contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining a healthy build pipeline
- Tightly collaborating with Frontend developers, System Architects, and UX designers
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You have a strong understanding of modern Web Technologies
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure - particularly Azure
- You have a "boy scout" mentality and will therefore always leave the code in a better shape than it was before you updated it
- You thrive in projects where the boundaries, scope, and goals are defined as we go and keep a constant eye out for new ways of working and ideas to maximize business impact
- Financial / Fintech background is a plus
- Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking
Erfahrung
- Solid understanding of, and experience with, the Angular platform, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- You also have experience writing automated tests
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and responsiveness to problem-solving that prioritizes the customer experience first
- You have experience and enjoy working in an agile setup
- You have experience building Micro Frontends
