Deine Rolle im Team
- Drive end-to-end delivery of customer-focused features with measurable business value.
- Own and prioritise a strategic, value-driven backlog aligned with product goals.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, managing dependencies and removing blockers.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retro) and ensure clear priorities.
- Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and balance competing demands.
- Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty.
- Ensure high quality through clear acceptance criteria and strong Definition of Done.
- Use data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact.
- Continuously improve delivery and refine backlog based on insights.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a strong product culture.

Qualifikationen
- Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills.
- Customer- and outcome-driven mindset, with data/KPI-based prioritisation.
- Solid understanding of software development & technical concepts.
- Proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (min Level B2).
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%).
Erfahrung
- 5+ years as Product Owner (or similar), with proven delivery of impactful features.
- Experience in cross-functional environments; Agile certification is a plus.
