- The osapiens HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade application development platform. It provides everything needed to build powerful business applications in a "serverless" fashion. Your primary responsibility will be to modernize our legacy GWT-based UIs by rewriting them in React, ensuring advancements in both developer experience and user experience.
- Take a leading role in the development of complex, high-quality frontend applications, architectures alongside the team.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class structured processes and quality gates for our frontend code base.
- Collaborate with end users to define and enhance user experiences and develop new features for osapiens and our customers.
- Oversee the maintenance of the toolchain and test environment, driving continuous improvement in both areas.
- Ensure code quality and architectural integrity, fostering best practices throughout the development process.
- Guiding fellow engineers, possibility to grow into a lead position and driving best practices team-wide.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Demonstrated ability to improve UI codebases through the implementation of patterns and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1). German is a bonus (B1+).
Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Developer with a strong focus on ReactJS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
