Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be responsible for managing a team of eight SAP IT professionals, located in Hamburg and Gdansk
- You will support the personal and professional development of the team
- In close cooperation with the finance, accounting and tax departments in Hamburg and around the globe you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of new functions in SAP, for process consulting as well as for the maintenance and support of the finance and accounting processes together with your team
- In the upcoming SAP S/4Hana project, you and your team will be responsible for the development and implementation of the future SAP accounting and finance solution of Hapag-Lloyd
- With your creative ideas, you will act as an innovator for your team and drive new processes forward operationally, use and implement new technologies and you will actively work on your field of expertise in the system
- Evolve the way of working together with the business using Scrum oriented methods

Qualifikationen
- In addition, you have a sound understanding of business processes, especially in the areas of Finance and Accounting and adjacent areas like Payments, Treasury and Controlling
- You are familiar with different technologies like RPA, AI and machine learning
- A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
- Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to work at our office in Hamburg 3 days/week and 2 days remote according to our policy
- Understanding of HL IT Products
- Understanding of container shipping business is an advantage
Erfahrung
- Several years experience in leading an IT team of SAP experts in SAP Finance and Accounting
- You have already gained extensive experience in developing, leading and managing international and interdisciplinary teams and in leading virtual teams
- You have relevant experience in the development, customizing and implementation of complex SAP landscapes and in the optimization of business and IT processes
- Experience in agile working methods, as if Scrum is an advantage
- Relevant previous experience in the areas of logistics or transportation
