Deine Rolle im Team
- Explore new technologies and platform for marketing and communication requirements and assess their applicability towards contact-to-lead processes of our business partners and define and implement Proof of Concepts
- Define the ideal system architecture for the MarCom stack including applications and platforms and help to implement the roadmap towards the defined architecture
- Work closely with our internal business partners as well as external consultancies and vendors on understanding and implementing the business and technical requirements
- Be responsible for architectural and design decisions and provide guidance and mentoring to software development teams
- Leverage experience in MarCom platforms and development and integration capabilities to dive into application code or infrastructure as required to provide optimal solutions to business requirements
- Ensure Solution Quality and Integration into the Application Landscape by looking at all quality factors for software and architecture
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Senior Management, Program and Project Management, Infrastructure and Security
- Act as the key trouble-shooter in technical difficult/complex/escalated incidents

Ausbildung
- An university degree in IT or information systems
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication concepts, contact-to-lead processes and market leading platforms for driving and integrating marketing campaigns, product information, marketing assets, contact recording and processing
- Understanding of software development and deployment tool chain
- Very good English, written and spoken
Erfahrung
- 5 years of professional experience
- Very good, also hands-on experience in implementation projects including integration with customer relationship management solutions, gained as lead developer or architect in enterprise-level projects
