Ausbildung

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of network topology and routing protocols.
• Deep knowledge of AWS network services like Virtual Private
• Cloud, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Load Balancers and CloudFront.
• Familiarity with IPMI for automation and effective network management.
• Expertise in setting up and managing multi-account and multi-region environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
• Skilled in deploying and managing software load balancers, and reverse proxies such as HAProxy or Envoy.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-time-zone distributed team environment.
• Preparedness for participation in an on-call rotation schedule.
• Bonus - good to haves
• Certifications such as Cloud Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNP or JNCIP, or higher.
• Exposure to metal-as-a-service systems and configuration management frameworks.

Erfahrung

• Advanced cloud platform proficiency and strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, with emphasis on Terraform and Go.
• Experience with Route 53, SSL Certificates, Shield and Network Firewall.
• Experience with bare-metal servers, switches and routers.
• Operational experience with Linux systems in data center environments.
