    Deine Rolle im Team

    1. Lead the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
    2. Manage IT Security projects company wide, guiding junior team members and coordinating stakeholder from other teams.
    3. Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
    4. Develop and implement security incident response plans and conduct incident investigations to determine the root cause of incidents and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
    5. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security threats and incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
    6. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DNB IT Security Good Practice Guide, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
    7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts and other IT staff.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and improve our security posture.
    9. Design and implement security controls to protect our IT infrastructure and systems.
    10. Manage and maintain our IAM systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Qualifikationen

    • Know-how in the maintenance of an ISMS and the creation of policies and guidelines.
    • Understanding of TCP/IP networking, operating systems, and web application architecture.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are prefered.
    • Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 5 years of experience in IT security analysis, with a focus on IAM and project management.
    • Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.
    • Experience with incident response and investigation.
    • Experience managing security projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and documentation.
