Teamlead Software Development

As a Software Development Team Leader, you will oversee a team of people responsible for developing a platform to control baggage machines, check-in systems, boarding or security gates, and their integration with airport baggage handling systems.

1. Technical and disciplinary management, as well as personnel deployment planning
2. Manage complex agile customer projects or larger software components and support their development and operation as an interface between your team and the customer
3. Component responsibility for our CUSS platform and improvement of our products through the development of new technologies and methods
4. Close collaboration with Project Management, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and System Administrators to implement our global projects
5. Designing working conditions, optimizing workflows, and defining uniform standards for project procedures
6. Individual development of your employees by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and supporting them with your experience and expertise
