- Osapiens is seeking an experienced Website Product Manager / Digital Experience Lead to own the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of osapiens.com as a primary growth engine for the company.
- This role treats the website as a product, not a marketing asset.
- The Website Product Manager will define the roadmap, manage agencies and technical partners, and lead data-driven experimentation to transform the website into a high-performing platform for pipeline generation, enterprise credibility, and product education.
- Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams, this individual will ensure the website effectively supports enterprise buyers while enabling product-led experiences such as trials and self-serve product discovery.
- The role combines product thinking, growth experimentation, UX strategy, and technical execution.

Qualifikationen
- Strong background in conversion optimization and growth experimentation.
- Deep understanding of SEO and organic traffic strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Erfahrung
- 6-10+ years experience managing B2B SaaS websites.
- Proven experience treating websites as growth and pipeline engines.
- Experience managing CMS platforms (Ibexa, WordPress, Craft, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing external agencies and technical partners.
