IT23 SAP/ERP Quality management(d/f/m)

1. Supervise, support & coach the other members of your SAP domain
2. Organise your SAP support domain (provide KPI, ensure application of the SLA)
3. Contributor to the Level 3 support for the respective functional domain (Procurement / Quality) and CR implementation/deployment
4. Ensuring best in class Service Quality related to scope to improve business process executions / operational excellence. Continuous service optimization to improve business value and efficiency.
5. Proactively manage solutions / interfaces with non SAP products (end to end) in alignment with DIGITAL Business Partner Organization.
6. Functional evolution of German AD ERP systems in the frame of enhancement procedures and projects.
7. Strengthen the internal capabilities for detailed design and configuration
8. Foster an open (cross team/unit) mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users
