In dieser Rolle analysierst du Geschäftsanforderungen, entwickelst Informationsstrategien und unterstützt bei der Implementierung von Management-Tools, während du an verschiedenen IT Projekten mitarbeitest und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern pflegst.

Deine Rolle im Team

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Business Information Technologist and can expect to be involved in the following:
Analyzing business information requirements and preparing business information strategies.
Preparing business decision regarding business information management.
Lead projects of implementation of business information tool, systems and processes.
Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of project development and administrative processes.
Supporting business development, sales and bid activities.
Rotational placement activity will include: central services including IT infrastructure, IT network support and development, IT Security, Digital development including AI projects, Programme/Projects and Project Controlling, Sales & Marketing.
Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position, one of them (1-3 months) may be conducted at Tesat GmbH, Backnang/Germany.
At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Business Information Technologist.

Ausbildung

A degree level or equivalent within Information Technology.

Qualifikationen

Strong verbal and written communication in our local language (German) and business language (English).
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

Erfahrung

Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Business Information Technology.
