In dieser Rolle leitest du ein internationales Softwareentwicklungsteam, förderst Zusammenarbeit, implementierst Sicherheitsstandards und optimierst kontinuierlich die Identity & Access Management Plattform sowie die Softwareentwicklungsprozesse.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You lead, coach, and develop an international software engineering team.
- You foster a high-performing team culture built on ownership, collaboration, and quality.
- You drive the continuous development of our USM platform and its services.
- You ensure a secure and scalable Identity & Access Management landscape.
- You steer technical initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management and Architecture.
- You support the definition of technical roadmaps and strategic goals.
- You establish high quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- You promote DevOps, automation, and security-by-design practices.
- You identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve development and operational processes.

Qualifikationen
- You possess solid knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud platforms.
- You have a strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, and platform engineering.
- You are able to drive both technical and organizational topics effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills and can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- You are fluent in German and English.
Erfahrung
- You have several years of experience in software development as well as in leading and developing engineering teams.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management, authentication, or security platforms is a plus.
