Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du agile Methoden für zwei Teams, die an innovativen Wasserstoffsystemen für Nutzfahrzeuge arbeiten, und sorgst für die effektive Umsetzung von Scrum-Verfahren und Teamförderung.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As an Agile Master / Scrum Master you will work with two teams on an innovative sustainable project.
- You develop hydrogen systems for the commercial vehicles of the future.
- You will convey the agile values and principles to the newly established teams and continuously develop both the teams and the tools used.
- Your repertoire of agile methods is not limited to Scrum.
- You create a productive environment characterized by a sense of responsibility, in which the demands on performance and the achievement of goals are the lived standard for the teams.
- The coordination of regular appointments (such as sprint reviews, refinements, retrospectives and daily stand-ups) is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as supporting the product owner in prioritizing and planning work content, internal and external communication and effective collaboration.
- This includes resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles.

Qualifikationen
- German Language Level C1
- English Language Level B2
- We require very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You live the agile values, have a confident demeanor, outstanding organizational skills and excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- The willingness to take regular nationwide business trips rounds off your profile.
Erfahrung
- You have successfully completed your studies in the MINT area and have several years of professional experience in product development.
- Experience in the fields of vehicle technology, vehicle components and electronic control units is an advantage.
- You have acquired your wide range of agile methods and tools in a recognized training course to become a Scrum Master and have tested and expanded them in practical application over several years.
