Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position übernimmst du die umfassende Projektplanung und -steuerung im Telekommunikationsbereich, wobei du die Kommunikation zwischen Technik und Kunden koordinierst und die gesamte Dokumentation erstellst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You are responsible for organizational and commercial project planning and control in various projects in the telecommunications environment.
- You work closely with the customer, act as the first point of contact for all technical issues and ensure good communication between the interfaces.
- You are responsible for and accompany the project holistically from order acceptance to invoicing.
- You monitor the quality and prepare regular reports on the project status for both the customer and internal management.
- They accompany the work processes and ensure a continuous improvement process with good monitoring.
- You create the project documentation and maintain the data in the internal project management tool.

- German Language Level C1

- You have a very good technical and commercial understanding.
- You are strong at analyzing processes and can structure and improve workflows.

- You have a high level of social skills and deal empathically with customers and employees.
- Independence, motivation, customer orientation and communication skills.
Erfahrung
- You have worked as a project manager for several years, ideally in the field of telecommunications technology.
