- A Scrum Master at KLA is responsible for one or two teams.
- Coaches the team, the department, and the organization about agile values.
- Supports the Product Owner and developers in the team to deliver a valuable product.
- Shapes our working environment and work processes with ideas and drives our team to get better.
- Challenges the management with the team's needs to become self-organized.
- Collaborates and aligns with other Scrum Masters.

Ausbildung
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
Qualifikationen
- You are passionate about helping and coaching colleagues.
- You are curious about the current challenges of the semiconductor industry, one of the most thriving high-tech industries in the world.
- You should enjoy developing a software that solves our customers problems as much as we do.
Erfahrung
- You are a certified (e.g., PSM, CSM) ScrumMaster or Agile Coach with proven experience in agile software development.
