Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and execute IT strategies by analyzing data, researching trends and preparing planning documents.
- Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support.
- Plan and manage IT budgets including cost analysis, purchase requests and vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with third-party IT service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
- Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in IT architecture documentation such as network diagrams and system configurations.
- Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with user account management and access control systems.
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination.
- A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third-party vendors or service providers.
