Deine Rolle im Team
- As IT Domain Architect Shape+, you will be a key contributor to one of our most strategic IT initiatives: a comprehensive finance transformation program. This program is centered in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Private & Public Cloud for Finance. In addition it spans across third-party solutions and the replacement of legacy systems, in order to evolve Finance IT to a modern, SaaS-based application landscape.
- Architecting the functional landscape by mapping business capabilities to system components across SAP RISE & GROW, 3rd party, and legacy platforms.
- Ensuring end-to-end visibility of business capabilities and their execution across system components (Integrated Toolchain).
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize finance value streams and design tailored IT solutions based on the SAP 'Clean Core' architecture.
- Defining and executing the Finance Platform Strategy, introducing innovative technologies while phasing out legacy systems.
- Supporting the transition to new SaaS operating models, including integration, data ownership, and service management.
- Leading architectural discussions with internal teams and external SaaS suppliers, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and compliance.
- Creating and maintaining architecture documentation in line with IT GF Enterprise Architecture and SAP best practices.
- Identifying architectural risks and opportunities, and driving resolution in alignment with program goals.

Qualifikationen
- Ability to see the big picture, mapping business capabilities to system components and ensuring architectural traceability.
- Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, third-party integrations, and legacy systems, with a strong grasp of functional architecture principles.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset and proven project management capabilities in leading SAP implementation projects.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- We are looking for a highly experienced and communicative professional who brings:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in large-scale finance or ERP transformation programs.
- Experience designing solutions for both SAP/4 HANA Private and Public Cloud environments.
- Proven experience in SaaS transformation projects, including working with SaaS vendors and adapting to new operating models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in engaging with external suppliers and cross-functional teams.
