Deine Rolle im Team
- Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD & SCM solutions through system customizing and development activities.
- Coordinate and steer internal and external stakeholders, including developers and consultants, within assigned projects and changes.
- Support testing, quality assurance, deployment activities, and ensure appropriate system and process documentation.
- Lead assigned projects and changes with responsibility for scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
- Act as the main contact person for business users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and continuously expand expertise within the assigned SAP domain, supporting implementation of new processes and solutions.
- Create, review, and maintain documentation and ensure proper knowledge management standards are followed.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training activities for IT and business users when required.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned area and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements and contribute ideas that enhance existing systems, processes, and services.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents and problems within service operations.
- Participate in on-call support activities when required.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Expert knowledge of SAP SD and SAP SCM.
- ITIL certification and/or SAP certification in SD, SCM, or a related area.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Professional English language skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and processes, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and SCM.
- Experience with SAP HANA and understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and ABAP.
- Experience within service transition, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
