Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PV-Anlagen, führst Schulungen durch, unterstützt bei Fehlersuche und Wartung und entwickelst Service-Strategien im Bereich Solarenergietechnologie.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Installation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properly.
- Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service, instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei, such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.
- Service Strategy: Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the service strategies in specific countries.

Ausbildung
- Education: high school or above. electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Understand the after-sales service process.
- Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability.
- Have good analysis, summarization, and planning capabilities.
- Ability to configure and repair communication hardware and software.
- Excellent English (negotiation level).
