Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Senior-Position entwickelst du AI-basierte End-to-End-Lösungen und arbeitest eng mit Kunden an der Umgestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen, um zukunftsfähige Architektur zu schaffen und innovative Deals voranzutreiben.
Deine Rolle im Team
- In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers.
- Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA.
- Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points.
- Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms.
- Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams.
- Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities.
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS.
- Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail.
- Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Erfahrung
- Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS.
- Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish.
- Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models.
