Deine Rolle im Team
- Join us as a Working Student IT Support (all genders) in our Cloud & Platform Engineering team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
- You will join the Cloud & Platform Engineering team at MOIA, which connects the workforce through digital technologies and the best-in-breed workplace solutions.
- We have MDM in place, using Okta for identity management and Microsoft 365 and Slack to collaborate.
- We run everything in the cloud, avoid on-premises hardware, and we use SSO and MFA for all services wherever possible.
- This IT infrastructure provides a solid foundation for growth.
- Support day-to-day IT requests and questions in our Hamburg office.
- Assist with newbie onboarding and offboarding.
- Contribute to Digital Workspace projects.
- Monitor the IT Support queue for requests and resolve arising IT issues and questions.
- Help with the audio-visual setup of bigger hybrid meetings and events.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program.
- To support your personal development and for you to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be enrolled for at least one year.
- Familiar with troubleshooting software and hardware issues in the MacOS / Apple environment.
- Approachable, enjoys helping others with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Motivated to learn and not afraid to offer ideas and try new approaches.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1).
Erfahrung
- Previous experience with at least one of our key tech areas (Okta, MacOS, Jamf, M365, Atlassian suite).
- Experience using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing and hybrid events is a plus.
