Deine Rolle im Team
- Responsible for data center facility (indoor data center solution and outdoor prefabricated container solution) project technical service delivery, for example, installation guide, commission, site acceptance test and troubleshooting.
- Provide data center facility devices' operation and trainings for customer and partner, manage the customer satisfaction.
- Support data center facility presales project technical service delivery risk review.
- Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually, when necessary, supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation.
- Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement and so on.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Qualifikationen
- Electrical certificate (must).
- Good knowledge of the UPS power system working mode, commission and test work.
- Good knowledge of data center energy system (including power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system).
- Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD software.
- Ability to build effective technical service relationships with customers and partners, and manage the satisfaction.
- Excellent command of English and Multi-language skill is preferred, written and spoken.
- Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Erfahrung
- At least 3-year data center facility work experience, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) site installation guide, commission and test experience (must).
- At least 3 years in industrial leading company.
- The candidate should have experience for data center facility project delivery and be familiar with UPS system/cooling system/monitoring system products installation, commission and onsite test.
- Success-oriented, project delivery and commission experience are a must.
