Deine Rolle im Team
- Technical engineer for IP (router/switch/wlan/nms).
- Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of E2E delivery solution for our IP products, providing on-site or remote support for routers sales or delivery projects, ensure the successful delivery of project.
- Responsible for maintenance of the IP product for customers, Lead problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow Huawei internal flows and systems to support project delivery.
- Primary interface and point of reference for the customer's technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up.

Ausbildung
- Recent Graduate Student with Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar ICT-related field of studies.
Qualifikationen
- Master the TCP/IP principles, L2 protocol (STP, LACP, LLDP), routing protocol (OSPF, ISIS, BGP). Be familiar with MPLS, VPN, etc.
- The industry certificates are welcome and preferred. e.g. CCNA/CCNP/CCIE.
- Ability to work in an international business environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluent German and English skills (C1-C2) mandatory.
