- Maintaining and further developing our actuarial systems, ensuring stability, modernization, and continuous enhancement of core functionalities.
- Driving automation initiatives across calculation, reporting, and deployment processes using modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and modular architectures.
- Actively contributing to strategic initiatives, helping to design and build the next generation of a unified, future-proof actuarial platform.
- Shaping a modern actuarial technology environment, where scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and API-first principles guide the architecture and development approach.
- Carrying out training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to enable users and stakeholders to effectively work with the evolving actuarial system landscape.

Ausbildung
- Master's degree in (technical or business) mathematics or computer science.
Qualifikationen
- Very good knowledge of a higher programming language, e.g. C#, C++, Python.
- Willingness to built up business knowledge for best service to our clients.
- English at a business fluent level and German at a conversational level.
- Conceptual skills and analytical thinking.
- Confident demeanour towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience in the field of actuarial science, software development or in (re)insurance.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with common software design principles.
