Deine Rolle im Team
- We are strengthening our Application Platform Management team. As our next User Experience Specialist, you will improve the end-user experience across our Infor solutions and drive a user-centred mindset within the organisation, ensuring that change and innovation deliver maximum benefit with minimum disruption.
- You will join the Application Platform Management team, reporting to the Application Platform Management Lead and working closely with Group Solution Owners, Group Process Owners and the wider IT community supporting the Infor solutions. You will collaborate with designers, developers and business stakeholders across the organisation to design an end-to-end user experience aligned with end user expectations.
- This position combines strategic UX ownership with hands-on platform configuration work, placing you at the intersection of user experience, technology and business value. You will act as the UX Subject Matter Expert for our Infor ecosystem, ensuring adherence to UX standards and governance across Infor M3 and related CloudSuite solutions, and embed user-centric design practices across technical and business teams.
- This is a high-visibility role contributing to digital transformation and ERP experience maturity within the group. - You will combine UX expertise with deep Infor platform knowledge to design, configure and continuously improve the user experience of our enterprise applications, owning the journey from issue identification through usability testing and implementation, in close collaboration with business users, designers and developers.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for User Experience within the Infor ecosystem, ensuring UX standards and governance across enterprise applications, and embed user-centric design practices across technical and business teams.
- Identify, prioritise and drive the resolution of UX issues impacting end users, executing user experience improvements across the Infor platform aligned with defined business and IT goals.
- Perform usability testing on new and existing features and recommend enhancements.
- Support impact assessment and testing of Infor M3 code drops and CloudSuite patch updates to minimise disruption to end users.
- Design and optimise user interfaces using Infor M3 Experience Designer, M3 Mashups and H5 Personalization.
- Configure and optimise platform components such as workflows, homepages and notifications using tools like Infor Mingle.
- Maintain and optimise system configurations and templates, including homepages, workflow settings and EPM.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams and product owners to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Govern the Infor Go mobile solution and ensure a consistent user experience across desktop and mobile.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Working knowledge of ION Workflow Designer for building and maintaining enterprise workflows.
- Familiarity with Infor Document Management (IDM), EPM and other integrated Infor applications.
- Proven ability to work across system configuration, UX optimisation and platform governance in complex ERP environments, supporting enterprise-wide deployments, enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally to build a user-centric culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.
- A strong command of spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of German is considered a plus.
- Infor certifications for M3 and related Infor modules are valuable.
Erfahrung
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Infor M3 platform and Infor OS, including designing and managing Infor Homepages and related user experience components.
- Experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite upgrade and patching processes, including impact assessment and testing.
- Knowledge of the Infor Go mobile platform and its role in delivering mobile user experience.
