With a strong focus on reusability across the SAP HANA Database & Analytics portfolio, we are fulfilling our responsibility to provide an enterprise-ready unified data and semantics layer that ultimately enables our customers to build mission-critical, scalable, and reliable applications on top of our services.
- As a Senior Developer and Cloud Engineer you will join an agile team and share with them responsibility for managing and provisioning our service infrastructure. You will help automate landscape deployment on various hyperscalers and improve the availability, scalability, and reliability of our services. Our teams are empowered and self-organizing. You will participate in the design, implementation, and high-quality delivery of the solution. You may have to respond to incidents and their root cause analysis.
- The Common Service Infrastructure Team is responsible for a set of integrated data platform and infrastructure services, which are the foundation of SAP's major cloud offerings, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Intelligence.

Ausbildung
- Very good degree in computer science, informatics, business informatics or related areas
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python or Golang
- Very good language skills in English
- We are looking for a team player with extraordinary soft skills.
Erfahrung
- Strong experience and interest in container management (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience with cloud offerings of the major hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong interest and experience with cloud-native software development and operation
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
