Deine Rolle im Team
- You are responsible for the continuous architectural and functional development of our Contact Center product
- Together with your team and business colleagues, you analyze complex business requirements and develop state-of-the-art Contact Center solutions
- You support the development of a modern architectural setup and innovative telephony solutions to enhance customer experience and enable better customer service
- You are the coordinator for our operations providers, software vendors as well as product experts within the Contact Center environment
- As part of the contact center product team, you take over responsibility for the operation of the product and make sure it remains fully functional

Ausbildung
- You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
Qualifikationen
- You have extensive knowledge of contact center technologies, including cloud technologies
- You strive to constantly learn new things, to deep dive into the business side of your application and to analyze complex processes, requirements, and systems with great passion
- You have the ability to understand, explain and discuss complex topics in fluent English
- You enjoy working in a diverse and international organization
- You are at ease with working in an agile, professional environment where requirements change dynamically
- Understanding of HL IT Products
- Understanding of container shipping business is an advantage
Erfahrung
- You bring at least 5 years of Cisco Contact Center experience
- You possess profound knowledge and proven experience in implementing and integrating Contact Center Solutions with CRM systems
- You have experience in designing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flows
