Deine Rolle im Team
- You'll lead the teams that keep Distribusion running securely, reliably, and at scale.
- From cloud infrastructure and developer tooling to internal IT and information security, you'll be responsible for the platforms and processes that enable our teams to move fast with confidence.
- You'll grow and support a team spanning Platform Engineering, IT, and Security, helping define strategy, drive execution, and raise the bar for operational excellence across the company.
- Vendor management including negotiating conditions and overseeing detailed infrastructure and project cost tracking.
- Your work will directly impact the productivity of our engineers, the resilience of our systems, and the security of our business as we continue to scale globally.

Qualifikationen
- Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Information Security, or related domains.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and improving engineering teams, processes, and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, observability, and security best practices.
- Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders and align technical initiatives with company goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organisation.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams in high-growth technology environments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational priorities.
- Experience driving reliability, availability, and security improvements in production environments at scale.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and technical leaders.
