Deine Rolle im Team
- We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist to manage and enhance our reporting environment.
- In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, consistent, and timely reports and dashboards in Tableau, while ensuring the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing reporting solutions.
- You will also support the development and maintenance of the business intelligence infrastructure, including ETL processes, helping to deliver reliable insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and gather reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and data solutions.
- Design, develop, and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Maintain and further develop the SQL Server data warehouse environment.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting purposes.
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, ensuring efficient and reliable data integration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, solution designs, and user guides.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the quality and reliability of BI solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business intelligence and reporting landscape.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- 2-4 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and report optimization.
- Experience developing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS or comparable ETL tools.
- Experience working with data warehouses and ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability.
