Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or engineering, preferably with a specialisation in sustainability or a comparable other qualification
• MBA in the field of digital business transformation is a plus
• Knowledge of requirement management and data modelling is a plus
• Knowledge of planning and production processes in a manufacturing company in the manufacturing industry, ideally medical technology desirable
• Professional handling of MS Office 365, MS Project, JIRA
• Fluency in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• You enjoy responsibility and working in complex structures with different, non-technical departments
• You are characterised by flexibility, assertiveness and the ability to get to the heart of complex issues in a generally understandable way
• You are a confident presenter, even in front of higher management bodies, and can convince others
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths

Erfahrung

• At least 3 years of professional experience in complex projects as a project manager
• In-depth project management knowledge, also in hybrid project management, PMP©/IPMA Level B certification a plus and experience in agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban,...)
• Experience in the establishment and global implementation of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) within the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
