Deine Rolle im Team
- This is a key role within the Enterprise Program Management Office.
- This role will focus on enterprise transformation to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives within SES.
- The role involves leading and managing a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits, as well as contributing to the execution of complex, top-priority projects across the enterprise.
- The incumbent is expected to oversee the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, program and/or project teams, stakeholders, communication, issues, and risks.
- Lead and manage a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits, within the PMO scope.
- Oversee the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, program team, stakeholders, communication, issues, and risks.
- Report to the Executive Sponsor and to the Executive Steering Committee on the delivery of the Program.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and oversee the integrated project plan and budget.
- Manage constraints and interdependencies across programs and secure program resources.
- Surface enterprise risks, trade-offs, and decision needs.
- Manage Program communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and resolve program- and project-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and monitor and report on program status, financial performance, and expected benefits.
- Drive repeatable governance and reporting discipline and facilitate updates to Program Roadmaps.
- Assess proposed changes for impacts to scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits.
- Facilitate executive and working-level governance forums, ensuring that decisions, actions, owners, and target dates are clearly documented and followed through.

Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to establish governance, integrate plans across workstreams, manage dependencies, and provide objective executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools and technologies.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 10 years of applicable professional experience, preferably in program management, transformation, or a comparable role within a technology or space-driven company.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs involving multiple business functions, geographies, and senior stakeholders.
- Project Management or Agile certification is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
