    • As a Senior Backend Developer at Logicc, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications.
    • Working in our agile team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time.
    • Own architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of our backend stack.
    • Lead complex database and integration projects, including data modeling and migration strategies.
    • Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient microservices and APIs.
    • Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Review code, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance across the team.

    Ausbildung

    • A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language).

    Erfahrung

    • 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go.
    • An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
    • Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus).
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
