Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the Materials Testing division, with a focus on non-destructive testing methods.
- Evaluating technical customer inquiries and developing and refining corresponding testing concepts and work instructions.
- Analyzing and evaluating test results, including determining appropriate actions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments on all testing-related matters.
- Initiating and implementing optimization and improvement projects within your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Ausbildung
- Successful completion of a technical training program or a technical degree, preferably in the fields of materials engineering, materials science, or mechanical engineering.
Qualifikationen
- Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, ideally supplemented by SAP knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a structured shift system.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in non-destructive testing with a focus on ultrasonic testing (UT).
- Leadership experience and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
