Ausbildung

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager.
• Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Solid understanding of both the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
• Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong ability to bring people together, create alignment, and keep projects moving forward.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Structured and organized working style with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to travel when project phases require face-to-face collaboration and on-site support.

Erfahrung

• 5-10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments.
• Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
