    Deine Rolle im Team

    • As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join a team of seasoned experts building our product.
    • You'll be able to apply your skills across the stack, and will play an active role in discovering how to expand and develop our product further.
    • You'll be able to shape the team and its culture, and take on responsibility from day one.
    • Discover and deliver our product in collaboration with the CTO and the product managers.
    • Design, develop, deploy and operate our frontend & backend applications.
    • Integrate & refine cutting-edge speech-to-text and large language AI models.
    • Design and build a framework for automated prompt refinement, including feedback ingestion from doctors and internal annotation tools, evaluation pipelines for LLM performance, and mechanisms for prompt versioning, testing and rollout.
    • Be involved in architectural and infrastructure decision-making.

    Qualifikationen

    • Proven track record of building successful web applications (frontend and backend).
    • Solid DevOps and infrastructure knowledge (Terraform, k8s, Docker, AWS).
    • Solid knowledge about using, integrating and deploying speech-to-text models and LLMS (managed service & self-hosting).
    • Product mindset: we use technology as a means to an end, and that is building great products.
    • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
    • Willingness to learn and experiment.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in German (nice to have).

    Erfahrung

    • Senior level experience with React/Next.js.
    • Senior level experience of at least one Python-based backend framework (Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, Flask).
    • Solid experience with using AI tools for dev work.
    • Experience with working in a highly dynamic early-stage startup.
    • Experience with LLM evals and related data analytics/science topics (nice to have).
    • Experience with AI-powered UI automation (nice to have).
