In diesem Job entwickelst du die Benutzeroberflächen und Editor-Funktionen in JavaScript, arbeitest am Node.js Backend für Echtzeit-Zusammenarbeit und verbesserst die Dokumentenkonvertierung in C++ sowie die Integration in PHP und Vue.js.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and improve the editors and their user interface in JavaScript.
- Work on the Node.js collaboration backend, with a focus on real-time co-editing, performance and scalability.
- Improve document compatibility and conversion in the C++ document core, including OOXML and ODF fidelity.
- Build and maintain the Nextcloud integration in PHP and Vue.js.
- Improve accessibility towards EN 301 549 compliance.
- Work in the open on GitHub: review code, write tests, and help community contributors land their changes.
- Contribute to build, packaging and CI for reliable, reproducible releases.
- Support enterprise customers on complex technical issues together with our support team.

Qualifikationen
- Analytical skills and the ability to work in a complex environment.
- Can-do attitude and solution focus; commitment and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in at least one of JavaScript, PHP or C++, and willingness to work across the stack.
- Experience working in large, long-lived codebases.
- Experience with git, GitHub and open source workflows (pull requests, code review, public issue tracking).
