Deine Rolle im Team
- Gather and organize software changes, enhancements, and bug fixes into comprehensive release packages
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and Solution Tester to determine the appropriate release content and timing
- Plan and coordinate release activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and environment preparation
- Communicate changes of the developed solution to support teams, ensuring clear and concise documentation
- Coordinate deployment activities, ensuring proper configuration management, version control, and release documentation
- Define and optimize the release cycle process to ensure efficient and reliable releases
- Establish release policies and guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize risks
- Continuously improve the release management process by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices
- Stay updated on the latest release management principles, tools, and practices to drive innovation and efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the release management function

Ausbildung
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Qualifikationen
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capability to manage complex release schedules, resources, and dependencies effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of release management principles and practices, including version control tools (SVN) and CI/CD tools
- Certifications in ITIL 4 and ISTQB, showcasing a solid understanding of industry-standard practices
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in release management
Erfahrung
- Senior-level experience in release management or a related field, demonstrating several years of hands-on experience
