In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die Produktstrategie und verantwortest die Umsetzung von Forschungsprojekten, inklusive der Akquise von Fördermitteln und dem Aufbau eines breiten Netzwerks in der Gesundheitsforschung.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Shaping the product strategy of the Thryve research infrastructure, defining, validating and approving deliverables.
- Identifying, acquiring & ensuring grant & research project delivery within the organisation.
- Build and expand a holistic industry network, leveraging sales, grant opportunities as well as a network within the research ecosystem, covering Pharma, hospitals and universities.

Qualifikationen
- An entrepreneurial mind, thinking across business, software development and research Health informatics, biological statistics.
- A driven mind with an outstanding internal motivation to achieve excellent results in product development.
- Able to think holistically about research needs, delivery constraints and winning services.
- A solid understanding of tech and software development. Designing software features in an agile process feels as natural as working with APIs and big data sets.
- The ability to navigate and unify requirements of different stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the (health) research space.
- A network within the (health) research landscape as well as a track record of successful grants.
Erfahrung
- Experience in grant projects, from inception and application to delivery and accounting.
