Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position gestaltest du das Onboarding der Kunden-App, optimierst Verifikationsabläufe und implementierst neue Technologien, um ein reibungsloses Nutzererlebnis zu schaffen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You drive the frontend Customer App onboarding experience from registration to loyalty enrollment ensuring a fast and frictionless setup reflecting SIXT's premium brand.
- You maintain and enhance the identity verification and enrichment funnel with third-party SDK updates and fraud prevention frameworks.
- You stay updated on app platform capabilities and integrate new technologies like biometric authentication and digital driver's licenses.
- You collaborate closely with backend teams to align on APIs, data contracts and ensure end-to-end consistency across features.
- You define and track key KPIs such as app engagement, onboarding conversion and enrollment rates to prioritize and report progress.
- You work cross-functionally to coordinate discovery, concept definition and delivery in a shared team environment.

Qualifikationen
- You are familiar with authentication flows, identity verification or KYC processes and vendor ecosystems.
- You have a keen eye for UX and can provide structured feedback translating requirements into smooth user flows.
- You navigate complex cross-team collaboration with clarity and alignment focus.
- You are data-driven, AI-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to validate and iterate concepts.
Erfahrung
- You have initial experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing mobile apps.
- You manage data privacy and compliance pragmatically without compromising customer experience.
