Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our development team.
- In this role, you thrive on creating reliable, efficient, and safety-critical software.
- You bring architectural know-how, contributing ideas and recommendations to system and software design discussions.
- While you focus on hands-on development, your input helps guide the technical direction of the platform.
- Design, implement, and optimize embedded software in C for resource-constrained and safety-critical systems.
- Develop performance-critical components on TI Sitara (AM2x/AM6x) platforms, leveraging ARM Cortex-A and Cortex-R cores efficiently.
- Work with the TI Processor SDK, including driver integration, boot flows, and system configuration.
- Implement and maintain EtherCAT communication; contribute to FSoE features where required.
- Develop auxiliary/control functionalities on STM32 microcontrollers.
- Provide architecture-informed recommendations during design discussions and code reviews.
- Ensure software complies with IEC 61508 / ISO 13849, including proper documentation and traceability.
- Participate in code reviews, problem-solving sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support technical discussions with internal and customer engineering teams.

Qualifikationen
- Expert in Embedded C programming.
- Strong EtherCAT knowledge; FSoE a plus.
- Hands-on, quality-driven, and self-motivated.
- Able to apply architectural thinking.
- Fluent in English (German a plus).
- Team player who enjoys solving complex challenges.
- Willingness to travel.
Erfahrung
- Experienced with TI Sitara and TI Processor SDK.
