Deine Rolle im Team
- Implement, maintain, administer, and optimize security policies to control access to HSM, CTM and CCKM systems according to security best practices, and encryption policies and standards.
- Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for security and cryptographic technology solutions.
- Conduct technical investigation of security incidents to identify and remediate them and recommend future mitigation strategies.
- Create technical documentation and maintenance guides for design, installation, and operational procedures.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvement to reduce risk and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in the research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of cryptography and information protection products and services.
- Contribute to the creation of conceptual and technical implementation for disaster and cyber recovery procedures.
- Work with external providers to ensure requests for technology/product enhancements are meeting the needs of the business.
- Work in close cooperation with other colleagues and teams on identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities and helping to identify risks on the infrastructure to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and adherence to best practices.

Ausbildung
- Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud key management, Bring Your own Key (BYOK) and Hold Your own Key (HYOK).
- Good knowledge of encryption solutions, protocols, algorithms, and methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of implementing infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and version upgrades for systems, appliances, HSM, CTM and CCKM.
- Good knowledge of different operating systems and file systems (Linux and Windows mainly).
- Relevant certifications such as SANS/GIAC, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Governance Risk and Compliance Professional is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Five years of hands-on experience in data encryption, key management, and cryptography technologies.
- Experience and deeper understanding Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Key Management systems (KMS) and Data Protection Management (Thales preferably).
- Understanding and experience with the cryptography fundamentals, digital certificates, PKI standards and security protocols like TLS and SSH.
- Experience performing technical product assessments and implementation plans.
- Experience in setting relations within the organization, with IT and with business partners to identified threats proactively.
