Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be the local IT contact for approximately 160 users at The Squaire at Frankfurt Airport and at our Raunheim site, with the aim of keeping our IT systems running reliably while continuously improving IT service operations.
- Together with our European IT team, you will ensure stable and future-ready IT operations and actively contribute your expertise to local and international IT projects.
- A key focus of your role will be supporting our local IT systems and users. You will ensure reliable and efficient operations for approximately 160 users working with desktop and mobile devices.
- You will provide knowledgeable, service-oriented support to our employees on hardware, software, communication equipment and Microsoft 365 - on site, by phone and remotely - and handle incidents and service requests through our ticketing system.
- You will reliably manage the installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, laptops and mobile devices, as well as user accounts and access rights, hardware and software inventories, and basic network components.
- You will administer our Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environment, support the operation of our VMware virtualization environment, and assist with backup and recovery processes using Veeam.
- You will support compliance with IT security standards and company policies, maintain technical documentation, and work closely with external service providers and regional and global IT teams.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training in IT, ideally as an IT specialist in systems integration, or an equivalent IT qualification.
- Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server environments, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- A high level of motivation, reliability and accountability, combined with a structured and independent approach to work.
- The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and take a solution-oriented approach to identifying suitable technical solutions.
- A strong service and customer focus, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and understandably to non-IT audiences.
- Good German and very good English language skills, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international IT environment.
Erfahrung
- Relevant experience in IT support and/or systems administration.
- Experience with VMware or comparable virtualization solutions, as well as basic knowledge of networks, backup solutions and IT infrastructure.
