Deine Rolle im Team
- Manage and support Microsoft Teams Voice, including configuration and deployment.
- Work within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to optimize voice and collaboration tools.
- Integrate MS Teams Voice with PSTN providers.
- Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal security standards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to continuously improve communication services.
- (Optional) Work with Unify systems - experience here is a plus.

Ausbildung
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in M365, MS Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure environments.
- Solid understanding of networking, VoIP, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and telecom fundamentals.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) - a plus, not a must.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice.
