Ausbildung

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• What should you bring along?
• Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive, value-generating operations.
• Strong expertise in any or all of the following fields: prediction and perception, planning, end-to-end learning, vision-language-action models, world models for driving, reinforcement learning, fine-tuning of vision-language-models, machine learning safety concepts.
• Thorough understanding of automated driving functions and their typical software stack.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Erfahrung

• At least three years of professional experience in developing, every and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting.
• Experienced in working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments (training, inference, monitoring).
