Deine Rolle im Team
- Perform maintenance of production infrastructure, including configuration management, troubleshooting, software updates, and improvements.
- Monitor all systems using Nagios and various email/sms notifications.
- Administer databases such as MariaDB and Redis, as well as web servers like Apache and Nginx.
- Operate client systems running macOS and other office IT infrastructure.
- Manage employee-facing services like Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Analyse system, security, performance, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
- Participate in Site Reliability Management to maintain system reliability and uptime.
- Be part of the on-call duty rotation to address any system issues outside of regular hours.
- Support the team in daily tasks related to system administration.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor/Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or German Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).
Qualifikationen
- Independent, structured way of working.
- Fluent in English.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in areas relating to the Job Description.
- Hands-on experience in working with Linux & MacOS.
