Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position berätst du internationale Service-Mitarbeiter bezüglich technischer Probleme mit dem SCADA-System Biobrain® Supervise und unterstützt die Entwicklung bei Produktfreigaben.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Responsible for technical advice regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise.
- Advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems.
- Support the development departments through product release processes.
- Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments rounds off your range of tasks.

Ausbildung
- Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience, alternatively a qualification as a technician|Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with a similar professional focus.
Qualifikationen
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10|11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required.
- Confident in the use of computer hardware and software.
- Network and IT administrator skills are desirable.
- Process understanding of complex automation systems.
- Strong communication skills and work at a high-level Service- and solution-oriented.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Flexibility for travel in EMEA for up to 20%.

Erfahrung
- Experience in the pharmaceutical | biotechnology environment are desirable.
